A Quick Life Update (And Something New I’ve Been Building)

It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post here, and honestly, life has just been busy in the best way.
Paz Mea started as my creative outlet — a space where I could build something of my own and share things that bring a little more calm and intention into everyday life. That part of it will always mean a lot to me.
But behind the scenes, I’ve also been working on something new.
Over the last few years, most of my professional work has been centered around operations, recruiting, and building systems that help teams run better. Somewhere along the way I realized I’m usually the person who ends up organizing the chaos — building spreadsheets, creating processes, fixing workflows, and figuring out how to make things run more smoothly.
It’s just how my brain works.
At first I didn’t think much of it. I was just doing the work in front of me. But over time I started noticing that the systems I was building were actually becoming repeatable methods that could help other teams too.
That’s where The Paz Methods came from.
It’s something I’ve been quietly building alongside everything else I do — focused on operations, systems, and helping businesses bring a little more structure to the way they run.
In a way it’s a completely different side of what I do compared to Paz Mea… but it also makes perfect sense to me. Both are really about creating balance and clarity, just in different ways.
So that’s a little update on what I’ve been working on lately.
More to come soon.
And like most things I build, it all starts with the same goal — creating things that bring a little more clarity, balance, and yes… a little more Paz into the world.
