Q - What are Paz Mea Candles made from?All our candles are hand-poured using a natural soy wax blend, high-quality fragrance oils, and wood wicks for that enhanced crackling effect.

A - We believe in clean-burning, cozy experiences you can feel good about bringing into your space.

Q - Do you use any harmful chemicals in your candles?Never. Our products are free from parabens, phthalates, and dyes unless noted.

A- We prioritize clean ingredients that are safe for your home and family.

Q - Are your candles made in small batches?

A - Yes! Every Paz Mea candle is made in small batches right here in Arizona, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and a bit of love in each jar.

Q - How long do your candles take to cure?

A - Each candle cures for 48–72 hours after being poured to ensure the best scent throw and performance. If we’re low on stock or making fresh batches, this curing process can slightly delay shipping—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Q - Do you offer samples?

A - Not at this time. Because our candles are made in small batches, our focus is on producing full-size products with consistent quality. We're exploring the option to offer samples in the future—stay tuned!

Q - How long do your candles burn?

A - Burn times vary by size:8 oz: approx. 40 hours12 oz: approx. 55–60 hours14 oz: approx. 65–70 hours16 oz: approx. 75+ hoursFor best results, always trim your wick to ¼” before lighting and allow a full melt pool on the first burn.

Q - Why is my candle not burning evenly?

A - It’s likely due to wick length or a “memory ring.” Let your candle burn for 2–3 hours the first time so the melt pool reaches the edges. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.

Q - Do you offer custom scents or bulk orders?

A - Yes! We offer custom scents depending on the fragrance oils we have available. If your order requires additional or special oils, please give us at least 45 days’ notice so we can order materials and formulate your custom fragrance properly. Q - How long will it take to receive my order?

A - Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If candles are freshly poured and still curing, shipping may take up to 7 days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Q - Do you ship internationally?

A - Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future!

Q - What’s your return policy?

A - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please email info@pazmea.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Q - Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

A- Yes! You can add a note during checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.
